Equipment unpacking inspection:
After the equipment is transported to the site, open the box to check whether the overall appearance is damaged, check the specifications, models, circuits, and layout of the cabinets, and check with the design drawings. The exterior of the cabinet is well painted and free from rust. The spare parts and spare parts are consistent with the supply list, and can meet the installation and construction requirements. The technical documents such as installation instructions, certificates of conformity, and factory test reports brought with the equipment by the manufacturer are complete.
Cabinet in place:
Hang the panel and the switch individually on the ground ox cart, and use the Ф50 steel pipe as a roller to move it to the base. First determine the position of the first panel, and make precise adjustments to its position, verticality and levelness, then fix it by electric welding, and then adjust it one by one and then fix it by welding.

Inverter test

Inverter acceptance
The acceptance documents submitted shall include: submission of on-site test records; tidy cable layout, complete and correct markings; clean appearance and no dust; cable protection in place; installation technical records; basic installation conforming to design requirements; The gap meets the design requirements; the fixing between the cabinets is firm; the communication with related equipment is smooth; the insulation of the secondary cables is qualified, the layout is neat, and the markings are complete and correct.
Four. Installation Precautions
- When performing wiring and maintenance, please be sure to cut off all the switches in the cabinet.
- Do not place the cabinet in rainy, snowy, foggy, greasy, dusty environments. The place where the controller is installed should be well ventilated, and the air inlet of the cabinet should be kept unblocked to ensure the normal operation of the control system.
- The ground terminal of the cabinet must be well grounded to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.
- It is strictly forbidden to reverse the positive (+) and negative (-) polarity of the input of the cabinet.
- In order to prevent the danger of electric shock, it is strictly forbidden for non-professionals to open the door panel of the equipment cabinet without permission.
- This equipment should avoid fire sources, and cannot be installed in flammable and explosive environments; nor can it be installed next to equipment without fire protection, such as gasoline generators, diesel barrels or other flammable products.
- Due to the large current when the system is working, all terminals and bolts should be fastened to ensure good contact when wiring.
- It is strictly forbidden to touch any live parts in the equipment, and do not connect or disconnect the wires and terminals when the system is charged.
